Randy Wise
Dealer
Randy Wise has spent his entire professional career in the automotive industry. Growing up in Waterford, it was a business that always appealed to him. Upon graduating from the University of Michigan in 1970, he began his career in the auto industry with a wonderful working relationship with Al Serra. In 1989, he took over his first store in Flint with Chevrolet. Randy has been instrumental in over 50 local and national charities such as Easter Seals, The United Way, Athena International, Fenton Community Center and Hurley Hospital. He has made a strong commitment to improving the Flint area, working with numerous schools in the county. In addition, he is a significant contributor to The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Professionally, Randy was recognized with the Time Quality Dealer of the Year in 2012, served as the president of the Michigan Automobile Dealers Association in 2014, and currently serves the association as a Director-At-Large. People, attitude and fun are what truly make this business work, according to Randy. Once you have the right people with the right attitude, everything else falls into place. No company ever succeeded on negativity, and Randy constantly pushes this message across all of his dealerships. Due to his commitment to youth, his community and his profession, Northwood University presented the Dealer Education Award to Randy in 2019.
Chris Wise
Vice President
Chris Wise, a Grand Blanc native, earned his degree from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2000. He began his career in investment banking in Chicago before returning to Michigan to join Randy Wise and complete the National Automobile Dealer Academy in 2005. With extensive experience across all areas of dealership operations, Chris has held leadership roles managing Lincoln/Hyundai, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & RAM, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Randy Wise Toyota locations. Today, he serves as Vice President of the Randy Wise Automotive Group, overseeing strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization. A committed community leader, Chris currently serves on the board of the United Way of Genesee County and has previously served on the boards of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Flint and the Flint Cultural Center Corporation.
Shad Bennett
General Manager
I've been in the automotive industry for 30 years and have had the opportunity to grow through nearly every level of the dealership. I started as a detail prep technician and have since worked as a Sales Consultant, New and Used Car Manager, General Sales Manager, all the way up to General Manager. That journey has given me a deep appreciation for every role and the people who make our dealership successful. Outside of work, I'm married and have three children. I enjoy spending time on the water, whether it's at the lake or the ocean, and golfing whenever I have the chance. What I enjoy most about the automotive industry is that every day brings a new challenge and a new opportunity to learn. I also take great pride in helping others grow, develop their careers, and become the best version of themselves while providing an exceptional experience for our customers.

Jacobi Duncan
New Vehicle Sales Manager
I was born and raised in Flint, MI. I started working at Randy Wise in January of 2012. I love working here because of the people I meet on a daily basis. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my son, movies, sports and hanging out with my friends.

Blake Hutchinson
Finance Manager
I’m Blake Hutchinson, and I’ve been in the car business most of my life, getting my start as a porter at 18 years old. Since officially entering the industry in 2007, I’ve worked my way through detail, sales, and now finance, giving me over 16 years of experience and a well-rounded understanding of the entire process. I really enjoy working in the finance office because it gives me the opportunity to help people from all walks of life, no matter their situation, and find solutions that truly work for them. Building relationships with customers and guiding them through one of their biggest purchases is what I find most rewarding about this business. Outside of work, I’ve been happily married for 11 years and am a proud parent of three wonderful kids. In my free time, I enjoy tackling DIY projects, working around the house, spending quality time with my family, and going camping.

Joe Garnhart
Finance Manager
I've been in the automotive industry for 16 years, and I enjoy helping customers through one of the biggest purchases they'll ever make. As a Finance Manager, my goal is to make the buying process simple, stress-free, and enjoyable so every customer drives away excited about their new vehicle. Outside of work, I've been happily married for 20 years. My wife and I have two wonderful children, a son who is 22, and a daughter who is 16. When I'm not at the dealership, I have a unique hobby that keeps life interesting! I'm one of the owners of The Garage of Terror haunted house in Chesaning, Michigan. It's a creative outlet that lets me have a lot of fun while giving people a few good scares. What I enjoy most about the automotive industry is meeting people from all walks of life and helping them make an important decision with confidence. I want every customer to feel like part of the Randy Wise family from the moment they walk through our doors until long after they drive away.

Nicole Dunckel
Controller
My journey in the auto industry began in 2004 as a dealership receptionist. Over the last 22 years, I’ve worn virtually every hat in the accounting office and worked my way up to Controller. What keeps me passionate about this industry is that it is never boring! No two days are ever the same, and there is always something new to learn. I’m especially proud to be part of the Randy Wise organization, where the energy is always positive and everyone pulls together to create an incredible experience for our customers. Outside the office, you can find me camping with my husband of 24 years, our kiddo, and our three dogs.

Bill Cowan
Service Manager
I've been in the automotive industry since 1987, starting my career as a porter. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work in nearly every department, including Parts, Sales, Service, and the Body Shop. Those experiences have given me a well-rounded understanding of the business and how to best serve our customers. I've been married for 34 years and have two adult children. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, boating, fishing, shooting, and bicycling with my family. What I enjoy most about being Service Manager is getting to know our customers and helping solve their automotive needs. I also take pride in mentoring our team and helping each employee develop the skills they need to perform at their very best.

Steve Brock
Body Shop Manager
I’ve been part of the Randy Wise Team since September of 2005 and have truly enjoyed building relationships with customers and being part of an industry that is always evolving. I’m married to my wife, Ann Brock, and together we have three boys. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, boating, snowmobiling, and traveling whenever we get the chance. I’ve always been a big Chevy fan, and my favorite of all time is the classic 1966 Chevy II.

Rich Courser
Parts Manager
I started working for GM parts in 1990, been with the Wise company for 16 years. My favorite Chevrolet vehicle is a 1970 Monte Carlo. I have a wife Wendy and 2 kids. Outside of work I like to hunt, fish and spend time with my family. I love working at Randy Wise because I get to help people with their automotive needs.
