The Collision Department was very helpful since I was rattled having caused this damage to my vehicle. Ron Brooks set my mind at ease and answered all my questions. He made sure the work was done properly, even with the follow-up of the front-end alignment and a great car wash. It was a pleasure to have Randy Wise take care of my vehicle!

The service department replaced two of my tires and three wipers. Everyone was polite. The only complaint is the 3% charge for using a credit card. I don't know if this is standard practice in the industry, but I will be definitely shopping around before I get my other two tires. Often I have to use a charge card for such large purchases and the extra fee amounts to a monthly payment.

Bottom line, out of all the other dealerships that I spoke with, Randy Wise had the best deal. They stuck with what was negotiated over the phone. The salesman Robert Cheatom was very knowledgeable, and professional, He made the entire process easy, because most of the process was done over the phone at my request.

I only bring my vehicle to Randy Wise for oil changes. I did take it once to Shea Chevrolet and they did a good job, however, I feel a more personal connection with the Randy Wise Clio Rd team. I recognize them, and they me. We have a mutual respect factor and I put my trust in them completely. I know that they will always do their very best to get me back on the road without it costing me an arm and a leg, and half of my day. I love the team, family feel there.

This was the first time I went for something other than an iol change since 2019. Customer service has always been really good but I didn't appreciate the feeling of being scammed with the price. Labor alone was$999.( coolant leak)the car seems fine so far but I'm not feeling confident .

I scheduled an oil change & they didn’t fill my washer fluid. I had to drive all the way over there again. I also asked them to fix my air vent that they broke when they had to take my dash apart to fix my heater. Finally, since they did my oil change, I’ve been having a noise in my engine. I swear everytime I bring my car in they break something so I’ll have to come back. Bought a vehicle from your Durand store December 2023 & have had over $14,000 worth of repairs over 20 visits to your service department in a year. Share my feedback publicly? I don’t think you really want me to do that! But I will & I’ll blast it all over social media as well. I have had the absolute worst experience at Randy Wise! It’s ridiculous!

My wife picked our truck up yesterday and it wasn't clean. We were told the truck would be clean and ready to go.

The wait time was too long. As well as they try to charge $175 for my check engine light coming back on after they just service the car.

I had a 9 AM oil change tire rotation. Plus my front end needed check which apparently i need new tires. At 11, my car was still not completed. It is reasonable to be an hour it is not reasonable two be there 2 1/2 hours for that service. Also I was missing one lugnut tire cover when I came in now I am missing 3.

They addressed all my concerns and were able to fix the problems. Everyone was very welcoming and professional.

I informed before they completed any work I wanted to use my GM reward points to pay for my oil change. They advised me I could use them and even check and seen I had about $300 worth. When work was completed, the cashier told me that the GM Reward system has been down a week. I had to pay out of pocket using money I didn’t have. What if I really didn’t have it?

This entire transaction has been handled remotely with me being in Florida. Dave Olson has been an extraordinarily help. I am very much looking forward to my second new Randy Wise Chevrolet in the past 6 months.

We have had nothing but issues with our car , and the service department. Then their driver hit my car while it was in service.

This is our second truck through this dealership, actually the first time that we returned to any dealer to purchase trucks back-to-back. Lauryn always goes above and beyond to ensure that we have a great experience.

Ethan was the BEST salesman every. He was prompt, informative & just all around a great help in the purchase of my 2025 traverse.

After waiting an hour and half for what was supposed to be a 30 minute time frame, I was then told the service couldn't be done because they couldn't find the part that was specially ordered for my vehicle. I took time off of work to have this done, what a waste. Completely unprofessional, but then every experience I have had there has been a nightmare.

Although the tires were rotated this time, they did not check the air. This is the second time this has happened; the first time, they didn't rotate the tires or check the air. Disappointed Customer Service, I am assuming everything else was done. The two people I had contact with in the service bay were awesome.

I received a quick appointment and was finished within a reasonable time frame.

I was not happy initially, however I got the service manager involved and expressed how I felt we were being overcharged for the services we were getting. The service manager then spoke with his used car manager and together they made a few adjustments and corrections and everything worked out perfectly. They definitely turned a bad experience into a good one.

My car was picked up at my home and brought to the dealership for service and returned later that day. I did not have this service offered to me before but it certainly was a welcome service.

Nothing stays the same. Maybe it's because there's a shortage of dealerships, more vehicles need work done but what's the sense to have an appointment if you have to wait a hour and a half to be served for an oil change and tire rotation? I have to keep up on recalls online, when dealerships use to inform you. I was asked to do fluid changes that wasn't due to be changed. Dah!!!!!!!!!!! What's happening?

I usually don’t leave your place feeling like I was grossly overcharged. I had an appointment at 10am for an oil change, that took 2 hours by the way, I mentioned to the gentleman I had a check engine light on, that the code I read from home was a solenoid..so I wanted an estimate for that repair. I made the mistake of signing the paper without reading it word for word, that charged me $175 to read the code on my car, that I already did and told him what was wrong! I assumed you did free repair estimates. So I’m out the $175. If he would’ve said, I’m going to charge you $175 to read the code, I would’ve said no thank you.

Dave Olson did a very nice job of helping me with my lease end and the new Trax that I leased.

I arrived right on time with my appointment and the car went into the shop nearly right away. I could be wrong but the technician doing my alignment seemed to be more preoccupied with his cell phone than working on my vehicle. 2 hours seems to be a bit long for replacing 2 wheels, a tire rotation and alignment.

Everything was great except my first impression when I got to climb in. The back of my driver seat right where my back would lay up against was filthy. My salesman Dave asked the man in the clear Booth to clean the seat. And then all was good. But that was my first impression so it should have been clean. No big deal. Everything else went great

Randy Wise Chevrolet went above and beyond with assisting in my vehicles recall. I originally took my vehicle to Simms Chevrolet in Clio to have the windshield wiper motor replaced due to a recall. I drove my vehicle 11 miles since that appointment at Simms and the wipers stopped working. Simms refused to look at it without charging me $150. I worked with Jason, in service at Randy Wise and he had me bring my vehicle in same day and they replaced the faulty part at no charge. I even received my vehicle back same day. Randy Wise will for sure have my business going forward. Big thank you to Jason and the rest of the team for their excellent customer service. I truly appreciate them making it right when another dealership wouldn’t stand by their work.

The workers are pleasant but the last 3 times I’ve been, I’ve had to wait 2 plus hours with an appt. I will be taking my business elsewhere if it happens again. This location is most convenient for me but not the only option. The rep that waited on me last even felt the need to throw in $5 of his own money because he recognized the unnecessary wait time.

The service department was great, Todd went above and beyond. My issues were with the used car sales. They were less than forthcoming with the details of what needed fixed in the car I purchased. Also, my car was kept any entire extra day to have the paint scratches fixed. It was in the used car lot for over 24 A and did NOT get the paint job completed. Absolutely ridiculous!

While searching for a new vehicle online, a truck listed on the Randy Wise Chevrolet web page caught my eye. I went to the dealership to enquire about the vehicle and everyone I came in contact were very helpful. From the beginning, to the end of the sales process, everything went very smooth. I am very satisfied with my purchase, and my overall experience with Randy Wise Chevrolet.

Customer service and car service were horrible. The service technician was rude, my vehicle was finished and I didn’t receive a call from the customer service rep. I returned on my own merit, and still waited several minutes because no one was at the front desk with my keys and another vehicles unattended. After finally receiving my vehicle the service I came in for was incomplete. The tires were not balanced, and the oil level was still the same. I had to return. This is not the first, second, nor third time I had to return my vehicle for bad car service. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership for anything. 0/10

My experience in your repair shop has only been reasonable once. An oil change and tire rotation with an appointment should never be over an hour. I have always been there close to two hours and generally if I get out before 21/2 hours it is because I have inquired and actually became a nuisance. This time was the most disrespectful of your staff ever. I made the 1st appointment of the day. I was there 10 minutes early, I explained that I had other activities scheduled and needed to be done in an hour giving your staff the chance to inform if that wasn't going to be possible. Car in at 8:20, 9:45 I inquired, reminded again that I had other activities scheduled, 10:05 inquired again, 10:20 I finally left your parking lot. Randy Wise could you please suggest one of your other service departments where I can take my Blazer where they respect my time. Thank you, Linda Kuiper, 810 348 2488.

Went in for set of tires. Arrived early and they took me right away. Fast, friendly and efficient and checked on me while I waited. 100% satisfied. I would recommend Randy Wise.

Dealership was good was disappointed that because my DEF didn't give a code I was charged to re-calibrate so that the gauge would show correctly at 50K miles.

Went for an oil change. Courteous, professional, quick, good pricing and overall very easy. I changed my oil myself on one of my older vehicles and spent nearly what it cost me to have it done. And no mess to clean up. Well worth it!

The problem was not fixed..it's still doing the same thing it was before I took it in..all they did was updates on my radio but it still is doing the same..2nd time to fix the problem but it is not fixed

My car broke down on me and I had it towed to the dealer had to pay $175.00 for them to tell me can't find anything wrong with it had it there for 3 days without a loaner this company never has loaners very disappointed ended up trading my car in for a newer one was going to another place but it was only for my sales person Charles Johnson that keep me with Randy Wise need to change your jiggle cause you never have a loaner false advertisement
